The Union Victorian Cemetery was founded in 1862 on land donated by Fred Nodine, sixteen years before Union was incorporated as a city. As you wander through the oldest monument cemetery in Northeast Oregon, look for many of the important people and colorful characters buried here and notice how the epitaphs and engravings have changed over time.
